Per the White House, Dallas mayor Mike Rawlings asked President Barack Obama to speak at the service. He will be joined by former President George W. Bush, who currently lives in a suburb of Dallas, and Vice President Joe Biden. The trio will also meet with the families of the officers. Watch the service, held at the Morton H.
