The hashtag "#LoveForLeslieJ" emerged yesterday (July 18) after actress and comedian Leslie Jones exposed users who aimed racist tweets at her:

The above tweets reflect only a fraction of the abuse Jones received following the premiere of her new movie, "Ghostbusters," last weekend. A Twitter spokesperson told Buzzfeed that the company has "taken action on many of the accounts reported to us by both Leslie and others." Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey also reached out directly to Jones after she criticized the company’s allowance of racist abuse:
